ONEWORLD COACHING TRAINING program consists of four 2-day modules:

Overview of coaching types and a historic perspective
Different schools of thought in coaching
Coaching as a new paradigm in people-oriented professions
Practice coaching session with feedback. Identifying individuals strengths and challenges.
Module 2. Coaching and change
Levels of change process
Model of transformational change. Role of beliefs and mental models
Coaching continuum: coaching for results - coaching for transformation
Interconnection of mind body emotions to create possibilities for change
Introduction to core coaching concepts and skills: listening, powerful questions, coaching presence
Practice coaching session with feedback
Module 3. Core coaching competencies
Code of ethics in coaching
Structure of a coaching session
Coaching process: establishing a trusting relationship, defining goals, designing actions, establishing accountability
Practicing coaching competencies
Coaching presence
Practice coaching session with feedback.
Module 4. You as a coach
Your own strengths as a coach
Integration of learning into practical steps in your career and life
Final exam: observed coaching session with feedback provided by an external observer.
Course work will require spending an additional 12-16 hours on mandatory readings, homework, journal entries and practice coaching sessions during the four months of the program.
