Elena Kuznetsova is an International Executive Coach and Consultant with expertise in global career transitions, leadership and team development in international settings. She has coached and trained over a thousand professionals from more than 90 countries including senior managers/executives from the World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund, Inter American Development Bank, private and public companies in the US and Europe. Elena established and conducted an innovative transition program at the World Bank; the program facilitated career development for more than seven hundred professionals since its inception.

She has also conducted corporate leadership and team development programs at various departments of the World Bank Group, East Africa Division at Population Service International, Canadian Embassy, Foundation for Enterprise Restructuring, Inter American Development Bank FA, WEConnect International, and others. To aid her development programs, Elena has designed and delivered personality assessment trainings based on her dynamic MBTI model for individuals and organizations for more than 20 years.

Elena’s educational background includes Master of Science in Physics followed by a doctoral program, Master of Science in Social Psychology and Certificate in Gestalt Therapy. In addition, she holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials from the International Coach Federation.

Elena currently serves on the faculty of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program at the Institute for Transformational Leadership.
